Our aligners are the simplest way to getting that perfectly straight smile you’ve always wanted.
It works through a series of clear aligners that shift your teeth into the desired position.
Each set of invisible aligners is worn for two weeks before progressing onto the next set, and before you know it, you'll have that perfectly straight smile!
1. Wear your aligners for at least 22 hours/day.
2. Remove your aligners when eating, drinking hot beverages, brushing and flossing your teeth.
3. Wear each step for one week at a time.
1. Wear your aligners for at least 22 hours/day.
2. Remove your aligners when eating, drinking hot beverages, brushing and flossing your teeth.
3. Wear each step for one week at a time.
1. There is a step number written on your individual aligner bag. The number is also imprinted on the aligner itself.
2. Insert the aligner over your teeth and apply gentle pressure using your fingers from the top of the aligner until they snap into place.
3. Once the aligner has snapped into place, bite on the chewies (included in your box) to make sure the aligner is fully seated and there is no space between the edge of your teeth and the edge of your aligner.
1. Gently pull the aligner upwards from the back teeth then lift towards the front teeth. Make sure to lift equally on both sides of the aligners.
2. To avoid damage to the aligner, avoid unnecessary removal.
3. Do not use sharp objects to remove your aligners.
1. After removal: Rinse the aligners in cold water and store them in their dedicated container (included in the package).
2. Before insertion: clean your aligners by rinsing them under running water. You can gently brush them using a toothbrush and a small dollop of toothpaste.
3. Do not use denture cleaner, or soak the aligners in alcohol, bleach, or boiling water as these can permanently damage the aligners structure.
4. Avoid putting your aligners in your pocket or in a tissue.
5. Do not discard your old aligners until your treatment is complete.
1. Contact us at GrinSquad@clubgrin.com
2. Make sure you wear your previous step until you receive your replacement aligners to hinder your teeth from moving.
Your aligners should track correctly and fit perfectly if you follow the instructions in the “How to use your clear aligners” Section.
1. If your aligner(s) have good tracking : then no action is required.
2. If your aligner(s) have OK tracking: this means that your aligner is not fitting properly, yet, if the movement and treatment progress is taking place; then proceed with the treatment and keep wearing that step for 1 extra week.
3. After waiting the extra week in point #2; if the situation remains the same then keep them on and directly contact us.
4. If your aligner(s) have bad tracking even after wearing them for 1 week: this means that your teeth are not moving. In this case, take them off and wear the step before them then directly contact us.
Your progress relies on you! That means wearing your aligners for at least 22 hours a day. If you are, then your aligners should always fit perfectly and you should be able to notice the small movements in your teeth after finishing each step.
Not at all! You’re free to eat and drink whatever you like as long as you remove your aligners and keep them safe as described previously.
Yes, absolutely! Your aligners are removable, meaning that it will never hinder your oral hygiene routine. Simply remove your aligners, brush and floss, then reinsert and feel minty fresh!
Chewing gum whilst wearing your aligners can damage the aligners, resulting in a less than desirable result. We recommend that you remove the aligner should you want to chew gum.
Smoking will not damage the aligner but may stain it. We advise that you remove your aligners when smoking.
